Two years and one term ago, we left our precious first-born bundle of craziness with some people we felt instinctively would take care of her - she had never been left with anyone outside the family before and we couldn't have chosen better. From two days a week then the amazing phenomenon that is forest school, you have taught her, laughed with her and cuddled her until we can't imagine her life without her much-loved Fingertips. Thank you so much for everything you have done for her and for all your advice and your caring personalities.

Fingertips made my daughter feel so welcome each day. When she entered the room the staff greeted her with smiles and friendly conversation that made her excited to take her coat off and find out what activities were on offer. I was amazed at the staff's ability to make every child feel really special. My daughter felt confident, valued and listened to.
My daughter has now moved onto school. Her teacher recently commented that Fingertips provided her with the most thorough feedback she has ever had from a nursery setting. She said they really knew my daughter. I thought that was quite a compliment considering the number of nursery settings she must deal with in the local area.

Today you have had all of my children at some point and despite all being different ages and different characters they all loved every minute and have all been telling everyone what a great time they have had. I just wanted to show my appreciation as I can see how hard you all work to make the children happy and it really shows so thank you again from a very happy mummy with very happy children.

Thank you so much for being so wonderful and creating such a welcoming and happy environment for E over the last year, from her first day she has loved it. So much in fact that when we are at home we often have 'pretend Jenny and pretend Shaun' having lunch with us. Since she started coming to you we have seen a massive improvement in her confidence and independence and it has been a joy. She has never once, no matter how tired or grumpy (as three year olds can be), said that she didn't want to go to preschool and somedays RUNS to get to you.

I have wanted to say for some time just how much I can see that she gets out of her time at FT. Her language skills seem to be increasing daily and she has come home with several songs to teach me! Mostly though, I am just very grateful to see her having so much fun and being so engaged and social.
I am always impressed by how much your team care. There is rarely a pickup when someone doesn't seek me out to tell me something interesting or special that she has done that day. I Can't wait for her to start Forest school, I think she is going to love it.
